It sets without the need for light activation and performs effectively in moist environments, making it suitable for emergency and interim dental procedures.

The material exhibits slight hygroscopic expansion during setting, ensuring a tight marginal seal and reduced microleakage. Its radiopaque nature allows easy verification on radiographs, while its smooth, void-free consistency enables easy placement and carving.
