Ammdent D-Pulp is a fast-acting devitalizing paste designed to aid in the chemical devitalization of inflamed or irreversibly damaged dental pulp. It is commonly used in emergency endodontic cases where immediate pulp extirpation is difficult due to pain, bleeding, or inflammation.

The formulation helps soften and devitalize pulp tissue, facilitating easier removal during subsequent root canal treatment. It provides localized action and is intended for short-term use as an interim step in endodontic therapy.
