Baot Ceramic Glaze Powder is a premium dental glazing material designed to provide a smooth, high-gloss, enamel-like finish on metal-ceramic and zirconia restorations. It enhances the final aesthetics by sealing the surface, improving stain resistance, and creating a durable, natural-looking shine. With excellent firing stability and easy brush application, it is suitable for crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations in both clinical and laboratory workflows.

Material type: Dental ceramic glaze powder
Application: Final glazing of dental restorations
Compatible materials: Zirconia and metal-ceramic (PFM) systems
Mixing medium: Distilled water or ceramic glaze liquid
Firing temperature: ~800°C (±10°C depending on furnace)
Heating rate: 55°C/min
Start temperature: 450°C
Holding time: 1 minute
Cooling: Slow cooling to room temperature recommended
