Dr. Morepen Mypar-DS Suspension is a double strength paracetamol-based pediatric syrup formulated to provide effective relief from fever and mild to moderate pain in children. With 250 mg/5 ml concentration, it is designed for older children who require a stronger dose in a smaller volume. It helps manage fever, headache, toothache, muscle pain, and post-vaccination discomfort with fast absorption and a child-friendly taste.
